Continued Work ~ The Rolfing® 10-series was created to provide lasting changes in human structures. Upon completion of the 10-series, for some the changes are profound and significant so they do not require more work. For others, there is the option to return for tune up sessions on an individual, as needed basis. At this time we can work on specific issues or if an area requires more attention, this can be addressed. Tune up sessions have the option to be 1 hour or 1.5 hours in length. These can be seen as maintenance sessions and scheduled every few months or on an as needed basis.

Professional mentoring, virtual sessions. This is for Rolfers® and other bodywork professionals. We start with a complimentary call to discuss your goals. Upon deciding to proceed we schedule a time to meet on Zoom. The fee is $180 per hour.

Payment can be made by cash, cheque or E Transfer.

Cancellation Policy

Appointment cancellations need as much advanced notification as possible, however please note that the full fee is charged for missed appointments unless a 24-hour advanced notice is given.

There is no charge for missed appointments due to sudden emergencies, however some notice is appreciated if a sudden emergency is preventing you from keeping your appointment.
